SEMIX Compact 100 can fit on a two container and assembled in 3 days completely.
SEMIX Compact 100 is equipped with 3000/2000 liters capacity Concrete mixers which can be a single shaft, twin shaft or planetary type mixers. In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.
All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. The robust steel structure maintains long-life performance. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer mechanism.
SEMIX Compact Concrete Batching Plants offers variety in aggregate transfer mechanism. Even in compact batching plants, users can choose either skip hoist mechanism or transfer conveyor for aggregate transfer.
All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.

SEMIX 100 este echipat cu mixer de beton cu un singur arbore, cu arbore dublu sau mixer tip mobile cu o capacitate de 3000/2000 litri. În mixerele de beton Semix se utilizează abraziuni Nihard4 sau Hardox 450 conform raportului de siliciu al formulei de beton.
Toate compartimentele de stocare agregate SEMIX au o formă trapezoidală îndoită pentru a putea avea o rezistență suplimentară. Structura robustă din oțel menține performanțe de lungă durată. Toate Unitățile De Amestecare De Beton SEMIX sunt controlate de un sistem SCADA integrat în Schneider PLC. Utilizatorii pot urmări toate materialele utilizate și le pot integra în sistemele CRM. Echipa de ingineri a SEMIX poate interveni în sistemul de automatizare online pentru a furniza servicii.
